Fire-by-Friction Workshop

Creating fire with Fire-by-friction has been one of my greatest teachers and one of the skills I most passionate about.  For so many years I approached fire making as a careless act of throwing ignitable material together, and applying a flame - usually from a lighter.  Then I learned fire-by-friction techniques and a whole new world opened up to me.  I begin to develop an intimate and dynamic relationship with fire.  The first time I created fire by these ancient technologies, something ignited in me, and ignites in everyone, that once lit will never go out.

Over the years, many have asked me to teach a workshop on fire-by-friction, so here it is!  I would love to see you!!
